Cloud Workgroup Shared users are unable to export data.

Description
A Cloud Library folder is shared with other users, but when they attempt to export the data the option is not available. When they right-click on a data table the "Export" option is not listed.
Issue/Introduction
Cloud Workgroup "Shared" users are unable to export data.
Resolution
This is as the program was designed. The people that you have invited to share your files are considered to be 'Consumers', thus they can only look at the data, they do not have access to export and work with the underlying data. In order for an invitee to be able to export data they would have to have their own Cloud licenses.
