Description
On sending out an outbound transaction to the trading partner, getting the error : "Sending SOAPFault. Fault String: TP not allowed access, reason: Operation not bound for trading partner".

Resolution
For SOAP 6.2, there was a functionality change. When the "Allow all operations" box is unchecked for an outbound transaction, you need to explicitly add the operation binding in the "Initiating operations" section of the SOAP Business Agreement.
This change was not noted in the documentation for SOAP 6.2 and will be corrected in a future version of the documentation.
