While working with triggers in Tibco Data Virtualization, sending mail with an attachment fails if the attachment size is more that the mailbox limit size. This setting is used to limit the max number of rows which will be included in attachment.

1). Login into Tibco Data Virtualization Studio.

2.) Select Administration in the Menu bar >> Configuration >> Server >> Runtime Processing Information >>Triggers >>Maximum number of rows included in e-mail attachment and set it to a low value. e.g., 1 or 10 or any number which you think is sufficient for your requirement. Now when the trigger sends mail, it will not fail and will send mail with attachment having rows not more than the value set in Maximum number of rows included in e-mail attachment. See the attachment (Filename: SetMaximumnumberofrows.PNG).
