Spotfire Analyst Client crashes due to faulty Lavasoft's Web Companion dll "C:\Windows\System32\LavasoftTcpService64.dll" . The following error can be reported in the Windows Event viewer.

Resolution
This is generally caused due to a faulty third party DLL. This faulty DLL LavasoftTcpService64.dll is from third party software Lavasoft's Web Companion. To resolve this you need to either disable Lavasoft Software or delete LavasoftTcpService64.dll from the Spotfire client machine.
