Resolution
1. Right-click on the "TIB_stat_13.3.x_win_zip":
2. Use default extraction location or click "Browse" to select another location:
3. Access the extracted folder and double-click on CDSTART.exe to launch the installer:
Note: Alternatively, double-click either the Install64 (for 64 bit installs) or the Install32 (for 32 bit installs) folders, then double-click setup.exe to launch the installer.
4. To continue, see the attached installation instructions (for stand-alone desktop installs, see "Named User").
