Received new keys for newer version and upgraded the existing Statistica install to newer version but still receive the error: "The Statistica licensing needs to be updated. Statistica issued renewal messages for the last 30 days. "

Statistica newer version is still pointing to the previous version of Statistica license fiile. When receiving new keys for a Statistica version and the the installation is a single user install, its recommended to uninstall the older version of Statistica and install the newer version rather than upgrading Statistica to the newer version.  Alternatively, while renewing, you could specifically ask for access code that will extend the old license instead of getting a new one. 

WORKAROUND 1: 

Uninstall Statistica and install Statistica newer version with the new keys

WORKAROUND 2:

 If the uninstall and re-install is a complex at the deployment environment, raise a support case here with details of your old serial number and the newer serial number you received and request an access code to extend your old license to work with the newer version. 

Then click on Update License in the Statistica licensing dialog to enter access code
