Description
The TIBCO Spotfire Web Player shows a blank page with no text, images, or menu content when browsing to the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player start page after successful user authentication. For example:
The cause of this issue is on IIS Server level:
1). Feature Delegation > "MIME Types" was set to "Not Delegated".
2). Feature Delegation> "HTTP Response Headers" was set to "Not Delegated".

1). Feature Delegation > "MIME Types" was set to "Not Delegated".
2). Feature Delegation> "HTTP Response Headers" was set to "Not Delegated".
Resolution
Open IIS Manager and Navigate to Feature Delegation and changed the above mentioned values to (if not set already, set to) "Read/Write":
1). Feature Delegation > "MIME Types" > "Read/Write".
2). Feature Delegation> "HTTP Response Headers" > "Read/Write".
