Description

The new WebStudio UI does not work with Microsoft InternetExplorer (IE). 
When switch to the new UI it shows a loading page only.

Resolution

For the older IE versions Microsoft has already published EndOfSupport(EOS), only IE version 11 is still supported although it is not clear how long that will last.
Microsoft Edge is the new browser version so engineering/product management decided to support only Edge and any further releases of that for the new WebStudio UI.
 
For now you have below options:
1. Check if you can move to Edge, since that is the next natural upgrade
2. If #1 is not an option, then continue using the old WebStudio UI. It has all the existing features.
3. If you need new features from the new UI, please use Edge/Chrome/Firefox browser and switch back to Old UI in IE 11 for regular stuff.
