Resolution:
We no longer provide any client components of JDK in TSS 7.0. We have switched from bundling the standard JDK to only the Server JRE, which does not contain support for client-related technologies like applets and Java FX. However, those tools are available with standard JDK provided by Oracle. You can download the standard JDK 7/8 from the Oracle download site and install that on the server machine (not inside the TIBCO folder, use any other location like C:\java) to use JConsole and other tools
