There is no direct connector available for Oracle Siebel to connect with TIBCO Spotfire Analyst.

Resolution
To connect to Oracle Siebel, TIBCO Advanced Data Services/Composite which is now known as "Data Virtualization" is required. In it, you need to create a data source by making use of data source adapter - "Siebel" first and then select the desired data tables and publish it. Reference Image - 'Siebel.png'
You can connect to TIBCO Advanced Data Services by making use of information link(IL) as well through CISCO Information Server connector(In-DB).
