Description
Customer gets an error when attempting to install DecisionSite on a computer that is running Internet Explorer 9 or higher.
Environment
Product: TIBCO Spotfire DecisionSite
Version: 9.1.x
OS: IE 9 or higher
Resolution
TIBCO Spotfire DecisionSite relies on Internet Explorer for some code in order to run and is incompatible with IE9. DecisionSite cannot be installed on a machine that has Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) or higher installed on it. User must downgrade their version of Internet Explorer to version 8, or install DecisionSite on a different computer that meets the system requirements.
