The iProcess Engine was upgraded from 11.3.1 to 11.5.0 . After starting iProcess, the utilization server CPU  is at 100% . Customer is using pthread.dll version 2.7.0.0 .

TIBCO iProcess Engine (SQL) 11.5.0 Microsoft Windows platform (64-bit)

Use version 2.7.0.1 of the pthreads.dll file. Pthreads version 2.7.0.1 can be downloaded using the HTML file attached (Filename: TIB_pthreads_win32_2.7.0.1.htm). Reboot the Window server (without automatically starting the iProcess Engine) and copy the updated pthread.dll to C:\Windows\syswow64 . iProcess will start and operate normally with CPU utilization being normal. 

The properties of the updated pthread.dll file still lists version 2.7.0.0, however, the file size of pthread.dll 2.7.0.1 is different from pthread 2.7.0.0 .

    pthread.dll 2.7.0.0 file size is  86,070 bytes
    pthread.dll 2.7.0.1 file size is 134,144 bytes

TIBCO iProcess server utilization is at 100% CPU after upgrading from iProcess Engine 11.3.1 to 11.5.0
