Description

Unable to launch the Deployment Manager. There is no error but the browser would not load the Deployment Manager. 
 

Issue/Introduction

Unable to launch the Deployment Manager

Resolution

CIS was started in the lite mode(without the license)
Apply the License and restart services
Clear the cookies
Relaunch the Deployment Manager. This time it loaded successfully
