Folder is impacted after restoring a resource:
This issue mainly happens during migrations or while importing a resource intensive folder. Replication can be done by:
Copying the resource to a new folder.
Remove that resource
Recreate it with the original code/procedure

This issue is resolved in 7.0.5.
The workaround in the earlier versions is to remove and recreated the resource
