Description
If no Web Player services are installed or available for use when trying to upload a file from Spotfire's library browser, you will receive an error. In Firefox, the error message is hard to understand and gives no indication of what the underlying issue is.

When trying to create a new analysis by uploading a file from the library browser using Firefox, you may encounter the following error message.

In Internet Explorer and Chrome, the error message is more specific.
The analysis could not be opened because no web player services are available. Contact your Spotfire administrator
