In TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) 5.4.1 Maven plugin was first introduced. The question was asked could the Maven plug-in be used with BE 5.4.0.

Is the BE 5.4.1 maven plug-in supported with BE 5.4.0? The short answer is no.

Resolution
This configuration is not supported. BE does not in general support cross version deployment. Any EAR must be deployed in the same version as it was developed in.
