The customer may face the following error when importing the sample project (tibco.bw.palette.servicenow.sample.AllOperationsForProblem.zip) which is described in the documentation (https://docs.tibco.com/pub/bwpluginservicenow/6.0.0/doc/html/GUID-2A9F4879-2913-4670-AA81-28152CE32B55.html) into BusinessStudio Cloud Edition. The version mismatch error is observed. Below is the snippet of the error which can be seen in the “Problems” tab of the BusinessStudio Cloud Edition.

a). Right-click on the project and select "ServiceNow Tools" --> "Download WSDL for ServiceNow Invoke Activity".
b). Provide the "WSDL URL" and check on "Authentication" checkbox and provide the necessary credentials.
c). Click on OK.
d). Click on the process "AllOperationsForProblemProcess" right click on any error activity select "Show Properties View".
e). Under the "General" tab click on the Drop-down of the "Service" menu and select the module again.
f). Save the project.
Repeat the same procedure for all the error activities in the project to remove the "Process variable configuration error."
2). If all of the errors are not removed the customer may need to create a new project. The version mismatch error can be eliminated only by creating a new project in the BusinessStudio Cloud Edition.
