It is natural that at some point, a user will forget their current password to the TIBCO Nimbus Cloud Service. This is a guide on how to deal with that situation from an administrator point of view
Resolution
If an Administrator or an Author has forgotten their password - please raise a case to https://support.tibco.com - and the TIBCO Nimbus team will reset this for you If an End User / Contributor has forgotten their password they can go to TIBCO Nimbus Webserver and use the Forgot Password link, they must enter their username. An email will then be sent to them with a new password
