Description

When a cube in SAP BW is of type MultiProvider, the user may get the following error when attempting to open it in Spotfire.

Product: TIBCO Spotfire (Desktop client / Analyst / Professional) Version: All supported versions OS: All supported Operating Systems

Resolution

The user needs to work with their SAP BW Administrator to provide the additional access/permissions needed for the Spotfire user account to access the cube from Spotfire.
