Description
When using the search and replace feature (or Ctrl + H) text in diagram titles will not be changed despite the success prompt indicating otherwise.
Issue/Introduction
Search and Replace does not work on diagram titles
Resolution
This has been fixed in 10.1.0.379-HF1 and v9.5.2.88-HF5. You will need to upgrade to one of these versions in order to resolve this issue.
