Description
Administrators may occasionally be able to access maps that are located in map folders to which the administrator is denied access.
Issue/Introduction
Administrators are violating map folder access rights
Resolution
Ensure that the adminall.npdta file is not present in the root of the PR folder. If the file is not present, then your issue may be related to the above known issue.
