Resolution

Install BW 6.3.4 HF1 in order to resolve this issue. The hotfix has addressed the issue by modifying the following files.

  {TIBCO_HOME}\bw\6.3\system\hotfix\shared directory:
  - com.tibco.json.runtime.feature 1.3.401.002
  - com.tibco.bw.binding.soap.axis2.runtime.feature 6.4.401.003
  - com.tibco.bw.cache.runtime.feature 0.4.401.001
  - com.tibco.bw.thor.management.feature 1.4.401.001
