Resolution:
Considering the combination of BW 5.9.3 and bwsp 1.1.0, here is the list of Jsch(http://www.jcraft.com/jsch/) supported Cipher:
blowfish-cbc,3des-cbc,aes128-cbc,aes192-cbc,aes256-cbc,aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr,3des-ctr,arcfour,arcfour128,arcfour256
The preferred cipher depends upon the client, server, JRE/JCE environment and operating system. If we want to set aes256 as default, Jsch suggests to install "Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files 1.4.2 (http://www.jcraft.com/jsch/README)
NOTE: The above comments are considering BW 5.9.3 and bwsp 1.1.0 .
