Some customer report that after install theĀ "Hawk Admin Agent Runtime Hotfix", the issue persists. Hotfix does not work.

Resolution

The following steps a required to make the hotfix effective, after install "Hawk Admin Agent Runtime Hotfix".
1. Unregister Hawk Admin Agent from the TEA server.
2. Stop both TEA server and Hawk Admin Agent.
3. Clear the browser cache.
4. Start TEA server and Hawk Admin Agent.
