Resolution:
TIB/Adapter for COM supports DQ since underlying SDK supports it.
In order to use this feature, you need to use rvcmq session instead of rvcm session when
config the tibcocomservice. you will need to have multiple tibcocomservice running(those are
the processes you will do load balancing between them). Make sure that tibcocomservice uses
same CMQ name among the DQ members.
