Resolution:
BW currently supports partial WS-Standards including WS-Security, WS-I Basic Profile and WS-I Username Token Profile. Other WS-Standards like WS-Addressing, WS-Notification are currently NOT supported but future support is planned (according to product management - no specific timelines and specific BW version numbers are available).
