Resolution:
Find the peer name setting on the SSL part of "Queue/Topic ConnectionFactory" according to the attached picture. (Filename: MQSSLPeerName.PNG). Remove the peer name value and test again. From the attached MQ Project log (Filename:RobertMQSSLServerSetWrongPeerNameInQueueConnectionFactory.txt), we see only the linked error which could be detailing the root cause.  Either removing the peer name or giving the correct one would help. All other error messages are in the general level and are the same when there are other detailed errors.
