Description:
The following supported environments have been added to TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for Files 6.1.0 since its general availability. Please refer to the attached amended readme for the details regarding these additions.

TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) 5.7.2 or higher 5.7.x, 5.8.x, 5.9.x, 5.10.x
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS 6.x
HP-UX 11iv3 (11.31) PA-RISC only
TIBCO BusinessWorks(BW) 5.10.x, 5.11.x, 5.12.x, 5.13.x

Please note that any new features or functionality available with these additional environments are not necessarily supported by TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for Files 6.1.0. TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) 5.7.2 and higher 5.7.x
[ADDED 26-MARCH-2012]

TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for Files 6.1.0 now supports TRA 5.7.2 or higher 5.7.x, in addition to the currently supported TRA versions listed in the product documentation. The only TRA features supported by the adapter are those included in the documentation for TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for Files 6.1.0.

Limitations and Restrictions:

TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for Files 6.1.0 is a 32-bit executable that can be run on 32-bit and 64-bit Platforms. On 32-bit Unix and Windows platforms, the 32-bit TRA executable should be used. On 64-bit Unix Platforms, either the 32-bit or 64-bit TRA executable can be used. On 64-bit Windows platforms, it is recommended that the 32-bit TRA executable be used unless the 32-bit adapter needs to run on the same Windows machine with the 64-bit TRA executable and other 64-bit TIBCO applications.

Configuration Changes:

Because DataDirect drivers are no longer shipped in TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.7.2 and Higher 5.7.x, TIBCO Adapters should use vendor-supplied database drivers for design-time configuration and runtime implementation. Please refer to SOL1-BHBRDL for detailed configuration steps.

TIBCO Adapter for files 6.1 now supports TRA 5.8.x, in addition to the currently supported TRA versions listed in the product documentation. The only TRA features supported by the adapter are those included in the documentation for TIBCO Adapter for files.

    TIBCO Active Matrix Business Works - Business Works engine that does not run as a Service Engine; for use by customers that are not using Active Matrix
    TIBCO Active Matrix Business Works Service Engine (BWSE) - Business Works Engine running as a Service Engine for use within Active Matrix
    No adapter configuration changes are required to use TIBCO Active Matrix BusinessWorks.

Limitations and Restrictions:
Both 32-bit and 64-bit BusinessWorks executables are supported. If BusinessWorks and TIBCO Adapters will be installed on the same machine, the bitness of both products may need to be the same. Please check the adapter's product documentation and LBNs for any limitations regarding bitness Support.
