Installing the BC 6.0 palette in the TIBCO Designer.

Symptoms:

I have installed BC 6.x and am unable to see the BC palette in the TIBCO Designer.

Cause:
======
The BC 6.0 palette is not installed.

Resolution:
===========
The BC 6.0 palette is bundled with "TIBCO BusinessConnect Services Plug-in Software 6.x.x" . Install this software to get the BC palette in the TIBCO Designer.  This palette can be used with all BC protocols.
