When an X12 document is sent on the outbound , the ISA and GS segments are not being populated .

Environment:

Applies to all the environments.

Symptoms:
=========
If you check the message that is sent on the outbound it is either a 0 kb file or the values are not populated properly.

Cause:
=====
The ISA and GS segments should not be force mapped in a BusinessWorks (BW) project when using a mapper object.  These two segments are automatically populated by BC.  Only the ST segment should be populated in the BW project.

Resolution:
=========
Remove any mappings of ISA and GS in the BW project . BC will automatically populate these segments during EDI document generation.
