Description
Resolution:
In 3.5 and above, the path is $CACHE\<user-id>\<InConcert logical name for the server>\<task-id>\<doc-id>.<extension>,
where $CACHE is either PC_CACHE_DIR or C:\tmp\iccache if PC_CACHE_DIR is
not specified, and <user-id> is the last 8 hex characters of the user id.
<task-id> is the last 8 hex characters of the task.
