Description
Resolution:
Make sure the LANG and NLSPATH environment variable are set.
The core dump can also be caused by using an IcServer which is supposed to be run with say Oracle 8i and it is instead being run with Oracle 9i. This type of behavior has been seen most often on HP UX.
