Description: If you use IcAuditManage to list the audit table and you specify a large time interval,
a large volume of data must be retrieved from the database. The default timeout
interval of two minutes may be exceeded.
Request a smaller amount of data or increase the timeout interval by setting the
environment variable IC_TIMEOUT to a larger number of seconds, i.e. 99999.
