Description
Resolution:
"We discovered that the IcServer instance that died
intermittently
was the Event-Action daemon, and the reason was because of an Oracle
parameter set in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/sqlnet.ora
SQLNET.EXPIRE_TIME = 5
As such, if the InConcert server was not used for > 5min,
its Event-action daemon's oracle session timed out."
