Resolution:
This is not a supported configuration.  However, the following steps should export the GUI to your NT display:

  1. Install and configure Exceed for Win32 (6.1 or later) on your NT machine.

  2. Start the Exceed X Window server on NT by selecting the Exceed icon/menu from the Exceed program group.

  3. From the Solaris machine where you start the Repository GUI, do the following "setenv DISPLAY 12.34.56.78:0", where 12.34.56.78 is the NT system's IP address where you want the display to be exported.  Then do a "twm&" to enable the titlebar and other GUI functions to appear correctly for the GUI application.

  4. Type the command to start the Repository GUI. Now you should be able to see the Repository GUI showing up on the NT machine correctly.
