Resolution:
"Upgrading to a new version of InConcert

If you are upgrading an existing InConcert installation to a new version,
you should do the following:

1 Verify that your system meets the requirements for the new version;
see the Release and Upgrade Notes.

2 Back up your database.  This step ensures that you can return to your
previous installation if the upgrade fails for any reason.

3. Ensure that the old IC_HOME is available and do the extract into a new IC_HOME directory.

4 Run the IcUpgrade script from IC_HOME ie 'install/IcUpgrade.
