Resolution:
These jobs are created by the Batch Registry to provide a task to use for the
CREATE DOCUMENT operation. They should normally be deleted after the CREATE
DOCUMENT operation is completed. It is okay to delete these jobs if they don't get properly deleted by the Batch Registry; they will be recreated when needed.
