Resolution:

An endpoint exposed with BW's HTTP Receiver activity needs to be added to an Object Group of type "Non-SOAP-HTTP-Service-Endpoint". Additionally, for BW Governance Agent to enforce the GC (or policy) on this kind of endpoint, the following are the minimum required versions.


     - Policy Director 1.1.0
     - Latest hotfix of ActiveMatrix Service Grid 3.3.0
     - BW5.11 hotfix 11 or higher
     - BW5.12 hotfix 2 or higher
