Resolution:
A "ps -aux" command should show a number of server processes running equal to
the number of worker processes plus 3 for TIBCO InConcert 6.0 and above.  For earlier versions it would be 2. The additional processes are the Dispatcher process and the Event/Action daemon. In 6.0  and above there is also a process for the Notifyier deamon.  These processes are all called IcServer.

IcStatus should display status information about each of the worker processes and
the Event/Action daemon. Note that you must set your environment variables before running IcStatus.
