TIBCO Product name and version: TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager 8.0.0 (and earlier versions)

Let's consider this scenario where you have a master catalog named SCR_TEST with an attribute CLASS.  Now your requirement is to add all the records with CLASS=DEVICE (having the value of CLASS attribute as DEVICE) as a child of current record then you can try out the attached rulebase (catalogvalidation_relationship.xml).
