Description

Resolution:

This error is usually caused by a share permission issue. There are two areas to check on your Windows system.

1).  First make sure that the BusinessConnect engine is launched as an NT service with an appropriate user account and password set in the Process Configuration Screen "Login As" box. Make sure to separate the domain and username in the "Login As" text box with a backward slash ("\").  Leaving this field blank will cause the Admininstrator to launch BC with "SYSTEM" account permission for the local machine only, and will not allow it to access shares on remote systems.

2). Make sure that any shares that BC is configured to log to have the appropriate account permissions assigned to both the share and the directory that BC will be writing to.
