Resolution:
JRE version could be one possible reason for this error. Try to point to the right JRE Version.
Change the JRE used in the file:
<TIBCO_HOME>/amx/3.2/scripts/rpflauncher_classpath_1.0.1.tra
from 1.6.0 to 1.7.0.
