Resolution:
On Windows:

     Hardware
        1.Minimum of 256 MB RAM
        2.Minumum of 200 MB hard disk space (this may increase depending on compiler and linker settings)
     Software
        1.Microsoft Windows NT/2000 operating system with the latest service pack
        2.Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 compiler with the latest service pack

On UNIX:

     Hardware
        1.Minimum of 256 MB RAM
        2.Minumum of 200 MB hard disk space (this may increase depending on compiler and linker settings)
     Software
        1.On a Sun SPARC workstation, you must ensure you have the latest operating system patch installed
        2.SUN Forte 6 update 2 C++ 5.3 compiler on SUN Solaris 2.6, 7 and 8
        3.If you are using GNU, you must use GNU 2.95.3. You must ensure that the version of GCC that you are using was configured with
          --enable-threads

On HP-UX:

     Hardware
        1.Minimum of 256 MB RAM
        2.Minumum of 200 MB hard disk space (this may increase depending on compiler and linker settings)
     Software
        1.You must ensure you have the latest operating system patches or patch group installed
        2.HP aC++ A.03.27 compiler on HP-UX B.11.00 or HP-UX B.11i
        3.If you are using GNU, you must use GNU 2.95.3. You must ensure that the version of GCC that you are using was configured with
          --enable-threads.
