Resolution:
This is due to a issue with "The default zero for 'Worker Tasks' in CMQ causes error message in CM"
Please edit the CMQ session and increase the Worker Tasks to greater than 0.
Once you choose non-zero for 'Worker Tasks', the error is gone.
