Description:
TIBCO Support is announcing two new processes for managing data:

*    Effective immediately, any attachment files uploaded to the TIBCO Support website that exceed 10MB in size will be deleted from our systems one year after the Service Request has been closed.

*    Effective May 21st, 2010, all Service Requests which have a status of 'Closed' will be purged from our system between four and five years after creation date.
