Resolution:
Yes, you can once you disable class and standard Hawk microagents of the adapters. As far as accessing remote repository instances, SDK 5.x adapter applications can access their repository via HTTP.
Since TIBCO ActiveEnterprise products depend heavily on RV, for instance, Hawk, Administrator and etc, the impacts from lacking RV on these products should be looked into.
