Description
Resolution:
Issue 1:
Defining a field with a syntax of CHARACTER (‘C’) and a length greater than 127 results in the field not being initialised to the length required.
This is resolved by AP13232, however this fix introduced a further problem as detailed in Issue 2 below.
Issue 2:
When writing an occurrence to an IDMS table containing fields with a syntax of PACKED (‘P’), a Conversion Error may be received if the PACKED field is not explicitly initialised.

This is resolved by AP13249
Both AP13232 & AP13249 will be packaged within OSB 5.0 IDMS hotifx 2.
