On Windows 64-bit machines, the BE engine (Inference or Cache or Query) fails to start up and throws "Failed to load shard library, library name, C:/tibco/jre/1.6.0/bin/server/jvm.dll" error if its been configured to use 64-bit JRE 1.6.0.

Symptoms:

BE engine does not start up and throws the below error:
Failed to load shard library, library name, C:/tibco/jre/1.6.0/bin/server/jvm.dll
Cause:
======
BE 3.0.1 runs as 32-bit software even on Windows 64-bit (x64/x86_64) platforms.
It can only load the 32-bit JRE and can not load the 64-bit JRE.
Resolution:
===========
Using 32-bit mode JRE 1.6 of Windows x64 (64-bit platform) fixes the issue.
