TIBCO ActiveSpaces ManagementMonitor (ASMM) does not start. Error Requested member name not available.

Symptoms:
=========
[Main Thread][ERROR][com.tibco.as.admin.server.rpc.ActivespacesAdminServiceRPC] Unable to connect to metaspace: "<metaspacename>" (SYS_ERROR (name_not_available - Requested member name not available member_name=stat_server))



Cause:
======
An ASSM server has already tbeen started and is connected to the metaspace. It is not possible to start more than one ASSM server and join the same metaspace.


Resolution:
========
Kill/stop the active ASMM server before starting the new one.
