Resolution:

The following version numbers are used as an example.

When installing EMS 7.0.1, EMS 7.0.0 does not need to be installed first as EMS does not have a dependency on previous versions. If you installed EMS 7.0.0, then install EMS 7.0.1 under the same TIBCO_HOME directory. EMS 7.0.0 will be replaced by EMS 7.0.1.

There is no procedure for rolling back to a previous version, i.e., from EMS 7.0.1 to EMS 7.0.0. You would need to uninstall both EMS versions (7.0.1 and 7.0.0) and reinstall EMS 7.0.0 .
